The 2025 Rosé is treated like a field blend – harvested in one morning and whole-cluster pressed together in a long and gentle press cycle. A mix of summer aromas and flavors of juicy cherry, black currant and dusty rose petals.

At Bottling • 13.0% ABV, 3.1 pH, 2.0 g/L RS, 20 mg/L free SO2

Ingredients • Regeneratively farmed grapes, spontaneous yeast, minimal effective SO2
