- Description
100% Chardonnay • Estate Vineyard • Seneca Lake AVA • 2025
With a warm and easy ripening in September 2025, we are not surprised how beautiful this wine is.
Medium-bodied with pleasant notes of candied hazelnut, chamomile, dandelion and warming spices. Its rich texture is perfectly balanced by the crisp acidity typical of our cool climate. Fermented in stainless steel, aged on lees in neutral French oak and puncheon.
At Bottling • 13.5% ABV, 3.3 pH, 20 mg/L free SO2
Ingredients • Regeneratively farmed grapes, spontaneous yeast, minimal effective SO2
